6. Brief description
Addition of a new Section 45.2 to the Act concerning a court's obligation to notify its judgements to the national information system of the judicial administration. Repeal of the Section 45 e, amendments of sections that include regulation on the novelty requirement of the innovation, priority of an earlier application and a clear clarification of the areas in which the protection is demanded. Addition of Sections about application requirements and appealing of the decision of the registration authority. Addition of new Sections related to infringement of a utility model right concerning injunctions and the publication of judgements. Addition of Sections including cancellation of application for European Patent and the priority of an earlier application concerning the same utility model. Amendments on Sections on publication and lack of use of the utility model. Multiple amendments on the Sections concerning national and international applications and the application process of utility model rights. Amendments on the sanctions related to infringement of utility model rights. Addition of an exception limiting the utility model right holder's exclusive right (the parallel imports exception). The payments relating to the Utility Model Act shall be regulated separately. Amendment on the Section concerning appealing of the decision of the registration authority.
