6. Brief description

This law provides, inter alia, for procedures to be followed when requesting from opponents to a lawsuit to submit documents pertaining to the subject-matter of the lawsuit. In addition, it provides for procedures of disclosing confidential information obtained by lawyers, agents or doctors by virtue of their profession.
