These new regulations replace the "Forskrifter vedrørende registrering av varemerker og fellesmerker", which formed part of Norway's initial notification under Article 63.2, as contained in the listing of "other laws and regulations" in document IP/N/1/NOR/1 in conjunction with amendments to these "Forskrifter", notified as a main dedicated intellectual property law and distributed as document IP/N/1/NOR/I/1.
