Pursuant to Article 70.8 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, the Slovak Republic wishes to notify that legal protection for all pharmaceutical products is provided for in Act No. 527/1990 LC on Inventions, Industrial Designs and Rationalisation Proposals. The list of legal regulations with regard to the protection of agricultural chemical products is under preparation and will be notified soon. Therefore, this notification is not complete and the Slovak Republic reserves its right to deliver full notification at a later stage.
