6. Brief description
Article 17: reference to Article 12 of the Law on Therapeutic Products. Repeal of Article 18 following the repeal of Article 14.3 of the Law on Therapeutic Products. Authorization to market medicines permitted for use in an emergency situation or destined exclusively for export shall not be revoked upon the expiry of the periods established in Article 16a.1 of the Law on Therapeutic Products.
