[Follow-up question] Does the reproduction right for phonograms under Luxembourg law include in its scope reproductions made from broadcasts, as well as the digital transmission of both temporary and permanent reproductions?

Luxembourg legislation provides for a broad definition of the reproduction rights. There is no case law about the interpretation of "reproduction" in the sense indicated by the question.
