27. Please describe in detail the procedures under the laws of Sri Lanka that provide for border enforcement at least for trademark counterfeiting and copyright piracy, identifying the competent authority and citing to the relevant provisions of law or regulation.

(a) Section 166 of the Code makes provisions with regard to border measures. (b) Sections 166 and 166(A) of the proposed law make extensive provisions with regard to border control involving all intellectual property rights in line with the TRIPS Agreement.
