The representative of Hungary said that the US delegation had stated in response to the question by his delegation that they had not yet made any decision on the procedure or how to establish which names were eligible for protection or would be notified. He had not been aware that there was yet a procedure in place in the US for establishing conformity with Section 3 obligations.
