The Chairperson informed the Council that the notification from Jordan of legislation under Article 63.2 of the Agreement, which had been circulated in document IP/N/1/JOR/1, also contained a notification relating to Article 70.8 and 70.9. He refered to Annex III of that document. Otherwise, he had no new notifications to report to the Council under this agenda item.
