The Chairperson said that the Council had again had a rich debate on the issues under discussion and that the importance of Members' submissions for the furtherance of the debate on these complex issues had again been proved. Perhaps, this was an area in which guidance from the Ministerial Conference was required. He suggested that the Council take note of the statements made and revert to the matter at its next meeting.
