The Chairperson recalled that, at the last meeting, the Council had received new papers from Cuba and Switzerland and continued its discussion of the matter following the invitation by the General Council, at its meeting of 8-9 May, to inter alia the Council for TRIPS, to continue its work on e-commerce and report back to the General Council.
