132. The representative of Brazil said that these three agenda items had been discussed under a double negotiating mandate under paragraphs 12 and 19 of the Doha Declaration. He reminded Members that the current Council's meeting was the last one before the Fifth Ministerial Conference and that it was important for the Chairman to report to the TNC on the discussion in the Council, especially on any recommendation to amend the TRIPS Agreement.
