The Chairperson said that, at the previous meeting, the Council had requested the Secretariat to prepare a summary paper of the responses provided by Members to the Checklist of Questions contained in documents IP/C/13 and Add.1, on the basis of the outline contained in informal document No. 2104 of 13 April 1999.
