The representative of Latvia noted that this was the second time that questions in the review of her country's legislation had been posed at very short notice prior to a meeting of the Council so that her delegation was not in a position to provide the responses at the meeting. Her delegation would provide comprehensive responses to the questions that had been posed by the United States in due course.
