The Chairperson suggested that delegations might wish to reflect on the suggestion made by Zambia and supported by the United States that the Council might request other international organizations, such as UNCTAD, WIPO, UNIDO and the World Bank, to provide information on capacity-building as mentioned in Zambia's paper.
