6. Brief description
The Law: • establishes a new definitions of the terms "topographies of semiconductor products", "semiconductor product"; • specifies the conditions for granting legal protection of the topographies of the semiconductor product; • determines the requirements for the application for registration; • improves the procedure of examination of applications; • determines the scope of the rights and obligations arising from the registration of the topographies of the semiconductor product.
