6. Brief description
Pursuant to the relevant law, the conditions sought for trademark attorneys and patent attorneys who have the authority to transact before TÜRKPATENT are regulated. The disciplinary penalties to be applied in the unlawful acts of trademark attorneys and patent attorneys, subjects the Trademark and Patent attorneys are obliged to know and the duties of the disciplinary committee, are regulated by the relevant law.
