6. Brief description
Ordenanza de Aduanas, D.F.L. no. 213, 1953 Decreto con Fuerza de Ley 30 (enacted in 2005) consolidated and systematized the text of Decreto on Fuerza de Ley n° 213 (enacted in 1953), which establishes the National Customs Ordinance. This decree provides for audit functions, enforcement powers and proceedings of the National Customs.
