Certificate of Supplementary Protection Regulations
The Certificate of Supplementary Protection (CSP) Regulations accompany the Patent Act amendments which establish Canada’s CSP regime, as notified in document IP/N/1/CAN/P/14. The Regulations provide for various timelines, requirements and procedures needed to carry out the CSP regime, as defined in sections 104–134 of the Patent Act.
