The College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Regulations set out the detailed requirements necessary to fully operationalize the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Act, including with respect to committees, licensing and residency requirements, investigations, unauthorized representation exemptions, and transitional provisions.
