6. Brief description
The October 7, 2010 Regulations Amending the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) (PM(NOC)) Regulations correct language and grammatical inconsistencies, as identified by the Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations (SJCSR). The amendments ensure consistency between the English and French versions of the PM(NOC) Regulations, and amend language where more appropriate and/or more precise language was deemed necessary by the SJCSR.
