The Kingdom of Bahrain is submitting the following notification in accordance with Article 63.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. The notification concerns the Kingdom of Bahrain Laws and Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) to the Council for TRIPS. The existing laws (in Arabic) related to the Agreement on TRIPS attached are as follows: - Law on Patents and Utility Models - Law on Trade Secrets - Law on Geographical Indications. The Kingdom of Bahrain will submit the texts of these laws in English to the WTO Secretariat as soon as they are available
