6. Brief description
The Code contains provisions concerning criminal procedures and penalties. Sections 1 to 2 of Chapter 49 prescribe specific penal provisions and statutory elements for intellectual property crimes punishable by imprisonment. Section 3 of the Chapter prescribes the right to institute criminal proceedings.
