Trade Marks (Border Protection and Transitional Applications) Amendment Regulations 1999
Purpose of legislation These regulations, which came into force on 1 July 1999, removed from the Trade Marks (Border Protection and Transitional Applications) Regulations 1994 the $50 fee previously payable on the giving of a notice under section 23(2) of the Trade Marks Amendment Act 1994.
