6. Brief description
Medicines (Amendment) Act 2004 (Date of enry into force: 1 July 2004) - Provides, inter alia, that the authority is prohibited, for 5 years from the date of grant of the product licence for a medicinal product, from granting a product licence to another person for a similar product on the basis of the 1st licence, unless the holder of that 1st licence consents.
