The Decree contains provisions on the application of the Patents Act, in particular concerning (a) patent applications and diary, (b) priority, (c) claims relating to a patent, (d) description of an invention, (f) summary, (g) changes in a patent application, (h) division of an application, (i) the making available of a patent application, (j) examination of a patent application, (k) granting of a patent, (l) the Patent Register, (m) fees, (n) receiving authority for international patent applications, (o) proceedings relating to international patent applications, (q) diary of European patent applications, (r) translations of European patent applications, (s) receipt of European patent applications, (t) conversion of European patent applications, and (u) additional protection for pharmaceutical products.
