Article 80 of Decree-Law Nº 551 is in line with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the TRIPS Agreement. Scope of right conferred by a patent is explained in Articles 73 and 76 and are in line with Article 28 paragraph 1(a) of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 84 of Decree-Law Nº 551 related with the rights pertaining to process patents is in line with Article 28 paragraph 1(b) of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 86 of Decree-Law Nº 551 provides that the application for patents or a patent may be transferred into some other party, may be inherited or the right to use same may be subject to license. This Article is in line with Article 28 paragraph 2 of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 46 of the Decree Law is in line with the first paragraph of Article 29 of the TRIPS Agreement. Part Four, Section One of Decree Law Nº 551 explains the conditions on patent applications and is in line with Article 29 of the TRIPS Agreement. Articles 75 and 76 of Decree-Law Nº 551 are in line with Article 30 of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 99 is in line with Article 31(a) of the TRIPS Agreement. The first paragraph of Articles 104 and 108 are in line with the first sentence of Article 31(b) of the TRIPS Agreement. The last paragraph of Article 103 is in line with the second sentence of Article 31(b) of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 84 of Decree-Law Nº 551 is in line with Article 34 of the TRIPS Agreement. The third paragraph of Article 83 of the Decree-Law is in line with Article 39 of the TRIPS Agreement.
