6. Brief description

Under Article 26, introduction of discoveries, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, and improvement suggestions, implementation of new technologies, imported equipment, processes, and systems, where such are not in compliance with the requirements of laws on protection of atmospheric air, is prohibited. In cases of violation of such requirements, the activities involved are subject to termination according to the law, and guilty parties shall be made answerable according to the law.
