53. Please identify: (a) the competent authority that decides the disposition of the goods, i.e., whether the goods will be destroyed or disposed of outside the stream of commerce; and (b) the competent authority that carries out the destruction or disposal of the goods.

(a) The competent Court. (b) The competent authority which was involved in the case previously (the customs authority, the police, etc.), or the officers responsible for the execution of judgements ("bailiffs").
