[Follow-up question] What happens if a company is not incorporated in New Zealand or another WTO Member but has its headquarters or principal place of business in New Zealand or another WTO Member?

4. Answer

Under New Zealand law we would not regard a company as having its headquarters or principal place of business in a country unless it was also incorporated in that country.
