9. Does the Copyright Act, 1978, comply with Articles 1 to 21 of the Paris text of the Berne Convention as required by Article 9(1) of the TRIPS Agreement? More particularly: 9.1 Does Section 12(7) read together with Section 18 comply with the provisions of Article 10bis(1) Berne Convention?
