2. Report Information

At its meeting of 4-5 June 2003, the Council for TRIPS agreed to invite intergovernmental organization observers to the Council to update the information on their technical and financial cooperation activities relevant to the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement. The present document reproduces the information which has been received from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) by means of a communication dated 11 September 2003. Communications from other intergovernmental organizations will be circulated as addenda to this document.
