40. The Chairperson informed the Council that, since the last meeting, follow-up questions had been posed by Switzerland to certain delegations (documents IP/C/W/239/Add.4, 263/Add.4 and 315/Add.1). Shortly before the meeting, responses to follow-up questions had been received from Antigua and Barbuda, Brazil, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay (documents IP/C/W/317/Add.3, 303/Add.3, 331/Add.1, 319/Add.1 and 330/Add.1, respectively. Responses to follow-up questions were still outstanding from Barbados, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, India, Malaysia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
