The Chairperson recalled that, at the previous meeting, the Council had agreed to postpone the review of the legislation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to this meeting, but Saint Vincent and the Grenadines was not represented at the present meeting. He suggested that the Council revert to the review of its legislation at its next meeting.
