The Chairman recalled that, at its meeting in March 2002, the Council had initiated the reviews of Moldova and Nigeria, and agreed to postpone the review of the legislation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the present meeting. As regards Moldova, there were still some initial questions that remained outstanding. Since the meeting in March, Nigeria had provided responses to most questions that had been posed to it. These responses had been circulated in document IP/C/W/344. However, there were still a number of outstanding initial questions.
