Turning to those reviews whose follow-up was still pending, the Chairman noted that the table attached to the Secretariat's note referred to above indicated that there were 19 Members whose reviews had been initiated since April 2001 that had not yet been completed. The table referred to submissions, including both responses and follow-up questions, received by 26 May 2003. As agreed at the Council's previous meeting, the Secretariat had written to all of the delegations whose reviews were still pending.
8. He said that Kenya and Cameroon had now provided responses to all of the questions posed to them, and all of these responses had been circulated to Members prior to the meeting. He proposed that the reviews of the legislation of Kenya and Cameroon be deleted from the agenda, it being understood that any delegation should feel free to revert to any matter stemming from these reviews at any time.
