21. The Chairman said that the Council had made only relatively little progress in completing the pending reviews. He urged the 15 delegations who had not yet submitted their responses to all outstanding questions to do so without delay so as to allow the completion of the reviews at the Council's next formal meeting scheduled for November 2003.
22. He noted that the Secretariat note also listed five Members, namely Argentina, Dominica, Gabon, Ghana and Guyana, whose reviews had already been deleted from the Council's agenda on the understanding that any delegation should feel free to revert to any matter stemming from the reviews at any time. In this connection, certain questions had been raised with regard to the implementing legislation of these countries.
