175. The Chairperson thanked the Secretariat for organizing and the delegations concerned for their contributions at the workshop that, in the light of the comments made, had been very constructive. She noted the request by Bangladesh for another workshop and trusted that the Secretariat would follow it up as appropriate. Noting that the European Communities had indicated that it was submitting its report shortly, she urged those developed country Members that had not yet provided reports to do so. She reiterated her intention to provide an opportunity, at the Council's next meeting, for Members to make further comments on the information submitted for this meeting that they had not yet been able to study.
