7. The Chairperson recalled that, at its meeting in March 2006, the Council had agreed to maintain its present method of work on these matters, and to keep this method under review to assess whether any change might prove appropriate in the light of developments. Accordingly, she suggested that the Council continue its past practice of discussing these three agenda items together on the basis of contributions by Members. She informed the Council that, since its meeting in October 2009, the Council had received a communication from Bolivia on the review of Article 27.3(b) of the TRIPS Agreement circulated in document IP/C/W/545 and Corrigendum 1.
