The representative of Romania expressed support for the statements made by the European Communities and the United States on the review of Members which had presented their legislation voluntarily. It was her understanding that legislation that had been reviewed would not be subject to a second review exercise. With regard to amendments made after review of the law had taken place, Members were, of course, always free to pose questions.
