The representative of the European Communities recalled that this subject had been on the agenda many times and that the Secretariat had established a checklist which had been discussed by Members extensively. He informed the Council that the Member States of the European Communities were presently working on a review of their notifications with the help of the document prepared by the Secretariat and that the first results of that exercise might be available before the next Council meeting.
