The Chairperson recalled that, while at the time of the Council's last meeting no new notifications had been received by the Secretariat relating to the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement on national and MFN treatment, such a notification had been received, since that meeting, from Hong Kong,China, which had been circulated in document IP/N/1/HKG/1.
