The Chairperson recalled that, according to the procedures for the follow-up of the review, answers to questions posed during the review meeting should be submitted within eight weeks of the meeting. The Secretariat had informed her that, to date, some responses were still outstanding. In order to allow the records of the review to be produced without delay, the Chairperson urged the delegations in question to make an effort to submit these responses, which, in accordance with the procedures, should have been submitted by 25 July 1997.
