21. The representative of Morocco did not consider that a systematic review was necessary. At the Council's previous meeting, several delegations had referred to Article 68 of the TRIPS Agreement, but his delegation failed to see anything in that provision which could impose a systematic review and could not agree to an extensive interpretation of that Article.
