27. The representative of Malaysia supported the view that a systematic review of Article 70.8 and 70.9 went beyond the requirements of the TRIPS Agreement. Calling for a systematic review also raised the question whether implementation of other provisions of the Agreement should be reviewed systematically as well, e.g. those of Article 66.2.
