17. The Chairperson proposed, first, that the United States circulate to all Members the questions it had posed to individual Members, in the interests of transparency. Second, he proposed that the question of a review of the implementation of Article 70.8 and 70.9 be placed on the agenda of the next meeting, and that the same be done with the suggested review of the implementation of Article 66.2. With respect to Article 67, he said that this was a standard agenda item and no specific decision was required to place it on the agenda.
