The Chairperson recalled that, at the previous meeting, the European Communities and their member States had addressed a follow-up question to Hungary and informed the Council that the response from Hungary to this question had been received and circulated as part of the records of the review of the Hungarian legislation on copyright and related rights in document IP/Q/HUN/1.
