The Chairperson said that the Secretariat had informed him that responses to all outstanding questions and follow-up questions posed in the Council's reviews of legislation in 1996, 1997 and 1998 had been received by the Secretariat. Consequently, the records of these reviews could be completed and he suggested that the item concerning the follow-up to these reviews be deleted from the agenda, it being understood, of course, that any delegation could revert to any matter stemming from these reviews at any time.
