The representative of Paraguay said that his delegation would, in the coming days, present written responses to the questions posed by the United States concerning the implementation of Article 70.8 and 70.9. The responses had already been drafted by the office responsible for these matters but unfortunately, due to force majeure, his delegation was not yet able to present them.
