In response to a question from the representative of Singapore, the Chairperson said that the procedures for the notification and review of legislation in 2000 and 2001 would be made available in writing. As for submission of responses to the Checklist of Issues on Enforcement (document IP/C/5), he suggested that responses to the Checklist be submitted as soon as possible, but in any event in good time before the review of the Member concerned, so that other Members would be in a position to obtain a good knowledge of the relevant enforcement procedures before the review meeting.
